Forge Mill Tours

On Tuesdays, from April through to September, all museum visitors can join our free guided tour with one of our volunteers.

These tours start at 11.00am and last about an hour, taking you through our basement and scouring mill to discover how needles were made in Victorian times.

Afterwards you can enjoy our temporary exhibition and extensive needle collection at your leisure.

There is no additional charge for the tour, it is included with your entry to the museum and no booking is required.

Group tours/visits can be arranged separately on any day of the week.
