Forge Mill Needle Museum and Bordesley Abbey Visitor Centre holds many different events, workshops and other activities throughout the year.<\/p>\n

These can link in with National Days or initiatives, seasonal themes or exhibitions<\/a> that are on display at the museum, or just fun-filled events for all the family to enjoy. With such a variety of events there is something for everybody!<\/p>\n

OUTDOOR EXPLORERS: SPRING STARTERS<\/h3>\n

Explore the outdoor world through free play in our Forest School area with your little one. Each session lasts around an hour, and starts and finishes around the fire circle.<\/p>\n

We recommend this activity for 3 and 4 year olds, but younger ones are welcome also and there is no charge for younger accompanying siblings.<\/p>\n

Please ensure clothing is suitable for the weather, and please have legs covered in all weathers. Wear waterproofs if needed, and wellies\/sturdy footware.<\/p>\n

AFTER SCHOOL FOREST SCHOOL SESSIONS: SPRING STARTER<\/h3>\n

Come and enjoy six weeks of Forest School sessions, running on Wednesdays from 15 April to 20 May, after school from 3.45 to 5.15pm.<\/p>\n

Every session we will be exploring nature, developing new skills and having fun in the outdoors.<\/p>\n

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather – warm clothing and waterproofs when needed. Please also keep legs covered with trousers or leggings (even in the summer) and wear sturdy footwear\/wellies.<\/p>\n

Recommended for children aged 5 to 10 years.<\/p>\n
